When we opened the cellar in 2008, we wanted to be a little different than other wine shops. We decided to focus solely on New York State products. We carry wines and hard ciders from all regions of NY. We offer complimentary daily tastings and feature our Grapevine Farms labeled wines. In addition, we sample 5 to 7 other wines ranging from dry to sweet. These wines change monthly so be sure to come back to try new things. A family-owned and operated New York Farm Distillery located at 964 Campbell Road in the rural hamlet of Lebanon, New York, Old Home Distillers has produced bourbon, whiskey, gin, apple brandy, and specialty spirits in a historic 100-year-old stable since 2015. Brother-distillers Aaron and Adam Carvell personally mash, ferment, and distill each batch by hand from scratch using 100 percent NYS-grown grain and absolutely no bulk-bought spirits, artificial ingredients, or cane sugar. In 1998, the Schick's bought a 200-acre dairy farm in Fultonville — not too far from the already famous New York Finger Lakes wine-making region — and planted 1,000 young vines by hand. The grapes took root, and 20,000 more vines were planted, and Hummingbird Hills Winery was born. It took three to five years for the young vines to produce a sufficient crop of grapes. The first vintage was a success as Ken followed in the footsteps of his German ancestors — who had a knack for making homemade wines. By the end of the 2010 season, Kimm and Ken received approval from the State of New York and Hummingbird Hills Winery established its place on the map for another winery in Upstate NY. In 2010, Kimm and Ken were lovingly tending to over 20,000 vines spread over a 26-acre vineyard. Kimm and Ken worked very hard to take the existing dairy barn and transform it into Hummingbird Hills Winery. They opened the doors to the winery in August of 2010 and have never looked back! Today, Kimm and Ken continue to craft a line of unique grape, fruit, specialty, and even two cooking wines. Their winery was the first active winery in Montgomery County, and they continue to produce a variety of wines using their own grapes and locally sourced ingredients. Ken, the winemaker keeps his focus on the taste and quality of the wine — keeping the process as natural as possible. Hummingbird Hills Winery invites wine lovers to stop in every weekend for a taste of the most unique and flavorful wines in the region. The winery continues to flourish and produce a line of wines that truly provide an “Escape from the Normal.” They have the most beautiful views and peaceful quiet country surroundings. Heelpath Brewing Co. is a micro brewery with a spacious tasting room and outside seating over looking the canal. With 12 hand crafted beers on tap and a selection of local wines and hard ciders there is sure to be something for everyone. Our facility is just off the Erie Canal Way Trail right in the Frankfort Marina and is a certified New York State Bike Friendly Business with the option of tenting on site. We are also dog friendly!

We are a real, family owned farm with activities year round, from live music events to seasonal festivals, celebrations, a playground, farm animals, and more. For us it is all about the honey bees. We are a NYS Farm Distillery and Meadery that uses honey in all of our products. Located in the Northern Catskills on a beautiful 10 acre parcel, we offer the opportunity to learn about honey bees and partake in delicious beverages made from honey.
